Report: 15mm Book I tournament, October 2016
On October 29th, we played the a 15mm DBA tournament in Bern. It was open to all Book I armies, the participants were allowed to bring a regular, painted and based DBA army with 12 elements chosen from the 2.2 or 3.0 rule books.
We played the 2.2+ system on a 75x75cm board. It was allowed to deploy dismounting elements as knights or blades without extra PIP cost. There were four participants: at first everyone battled everyone, then we had the final match 1st against 2nd and 3rd against 4th.
The same 12 elements had to fight every match. One match was 75 minutes, the winner got 20 points, 15/5 for a "small victory" (killed more elements but not four or more), 10 points for draws, 10 points extra for a conquered camp an 1 point extra for every s for each element killed by the general.
